Alluding back to the previous post above and referring to a new soda offering from Suntory, I was able to try both products since I am in Tokyo. Surprisingly, I thought both were very very sweet. The two are fizzy but not heavily, The carbonation feels like smaller bubbles rather than the normal type you find in Coke or Pepsi. With the similarities aside, the Fanta taste lke Calpis. The Suntory tasted like cheap hot chocolate. Neither were a hit with me but neither were they disgustin g. I just dont find them as refreshing as other sodas or beverages
