The last part of the process involves packaging the treats into individual pouches then amassing them in cardboard and decorative tins for sale.
This video shows the cookies freshly coming off the assenbly line and getting readied to be placed in their own pouches.
After they are safe and snug in their own little body bags, they are brought together with other like minded cookies for a homogenous mix while others are segragated with milk chocolate ones for a variety pack.
