On The Job-Legion Of Honor

The Legion Of Honor is situated in Lincoln Park on the Northwest corner of the city. In all the years that I have lived in the city, I have never once entered this building. Maybe because Im an uncultured loot.

Just inside the arched entranceway, a replica of Rodain's The Thinker sits and ponders. It stands sentinal to all those who enter.

Just outside the Legion's grounds stand a stark and haunting memorial to the holocaust. A lone person stands at the barbed wire fence looking outward as bodies of the dead pile up behind him. Theres an eerie glow to these statues when the spot lights are turned on when it gets dark
